Our managing partner is Greg Bogdan.  He has been in public accounting service since 1977.  Greg holds an MBA in taxation; he has expertise and breadth of experience only found in the national CPA firms with the personal service orientation and cost-effectiveness of a smaller firm.  He and Alex Frasco founded the firm in 1995; prior to 1995 he and Alex worked as tax partners at Sugarman & Company.

Our professionals are experienced in all of the technical areas of taxation and accounting. We work well with a variety of people and understand that tax and accounting services require a depth of knowledge in business and finance.  This requires us to be skilled at listening, answering questions clearly and in lay terms.
